Leatherwoods 2024 Presenter and Vendor Registration Form

Welcome to Leatherwoods 2024!

This year we have included all charges in one price to simplify the process, this does include your membership dues. The General Admission Registration charges will be:

• VENDOR AND PRESENTER REGISTRATION ENDS JULY 1ST


• General Admission Registration ends at midnight on August 1st.


• NO REFUNDS.


• There is no separate "Day" rate.


• Presenters receive $40 off their registration. There is no discount for vendors this year.
  
  

  If you do not register as a presenter or vendor by the deadline, you will only be able to register as general admission. Please be sure to register before then, if you wish to present or vend.

Here is the procedure for registration:

• Payment must be postmarked by the end of the period you registered to receive that periods pricing. If you miss the deadline your price moves to the next pricing level. If not postmarked by August 1, 2024 your price will be $125.00 at the gate.


• Upon receiving your registration and payment, you will be emailed personally by registration confirming your registration.

Section 3: Registration & Camping Fees

The Basic Registration fee includes Leatherwoods membership (required) and event fee.

Section 4: T-Shirts & Tank Tops

 

In this section you can pre-order T-shirts and tank tops to pick up when you check in at the Registration table. We request that pre-orders for tees and tanks be prepaid with your registration fee.





Note: if you order a pocket tee, the Leatherwoods design will be on the back of the shirt.
